Baby bassinets are free-standing sleeping areas with four fixed walls and you can’t usually adjust them or move them around very much although some bassinets do come with wheels and there are a few “travel” versions. They are essentially a mini version of a full-sized baby cot.
Co-Sleepers
Co-sleepers are just like bassinets except they are specifically designed to go right up against the adult bed, making it super easy to access baby during the night. This also makes them a really great option for anyone looking for a bassinet for small rooms as they require less floor space.
Many co-sleepers have one side wall that lowers to give easier access to the baby and are adjustable in height to suit a range of adult bed sizes.

Depending on what is important to you and your living situation, there are a few different features you’ll need to consider when looking for the top bassinet for small space living.
